We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our APAC team to drive excellence in demand planning and S&OP processes. Reporting to the Operations Director, APAC - this role plays a key part in coordinating regional forecasts, supporting data-driven decision-making, and enhancing forecast accuracy across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrixed organization. The position will also require travel between Suzhou and Shanghai to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, support, and consolidate the monthly rolling 12-month forecast for all IG businesses across Asia Pacific.

  • Upload the regional rolling forecast into the IBP system.

  • Lead and facilitate the APAC S&OP Demand Review meetings.

  • Oversee and standardize regional forecast reporting processes, ensuring timely and consistent monthly updates.

  • Provide analytical support to enhance forecast accuracy and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Support APAC-wide S&OP initiatives and related projects.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain functions including planning, procurement, and demand analysis.

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong command of English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.

  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to influence and achieve win-win outcomes.

  • Proven experience in leading change initiatives within a complex and highly matrixed organization.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Hands-on experience with JDE or other ERP systems.

  • Willingness to travel frequently between Suzhou and Shanghai as part of regional collaboration and business coordination.
