Role Overview

The Order Control Clerk is responsible for assisting the Order Control and labels printing with the timely and accurate processing of all order documents and order shipping.

 

Assisting the Order Control Lead with any duties assigned and should be skilled to assemble parts when needed, assist with all pick-list maintenance, outbound scheduling, and monitoring of all open picklists is essential to the position.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Print all labels associated with work orders

·       Enter all orders in an excel sheet when completed

·       Close orders on excel spread sheet

·       Print work orders when necessary

·       Assemble parts when workload is necessary

·       Track any missing picklists down.

·       Sort printed picklists and prepare for picking teams by location (high, low, consolidated.

·       Compile and send out end of the shift report

·       Keep track of emails and any other internal communication from the organization

·       Lead the morning meeting on absence of her leader

·       Other duties as assigned.

Computers and Technology

1.      Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

2.     Working knowledge of ERP system(s), JD Edwards preferred.

 

Pay range: Minimum $20,000 – $22,000
Within this range, individual pay is determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications relative to the job requirements. Base pay information is aligned with market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
