Role Overview
Lead and implement initiatives for continuous improvement, process optimization, cost reduction and operational standardization to increase productivity, quality, safety and on-time delivery, ensuring the sustainability of results through robust systems and standards.

Key Responsibilities
· Identify and coordinate Operational Cost Reduction Initiatives (Production Process, Logistics, Maintenance, etc.). with demonstrable results of financial impact (savings). Examples: Reduction of process cycle times, Development of Kanban processes, Implementation of SMED, etc.
· Line balancing, bottleneck analysis, time and movement study (documenting Standard Work).
· Lead Kaizen Workshops, 5S Program, Poka-Yoke, standardization and visual management.
· Design / Optimization of Production Cells for Layout improvement, promoting new business opportunities and support in Projects.
· Coordinate and promote Gemba walks with collaborators at different levels.
· Be a facilitator for personnel in the use of Lean tools and promote the culture of operational excellence with a focus on WCM (World Class Manufacturing).
· Monitoring and documentation of Action Plans, derived from Costing Improvement and Reduction Initiatives, as well as Objectives and actions of Strategic Planning.
· Compliance with established Security Standards.
Software required
· Bachelor´s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related (Graduate).
· Advanced English level, with the ability to maintain a fluent conversation.
· Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineering
· At least 5 to 8 years of experience in the industry (demonstrable history of annual savings and improvement projects).
· Knowledge/use of lean tools: SMED, Standard Work, TPM, Kaizen, VSM, 5s.
· Lean Tools training
· Six Sigma (Green Belt) training or certification
· High Data Analysis Capacity
· Strategic Thinking.
· On-time delivery.
