Role Overview

Ensure the timely delivery of the product to customers, obtaining their satisfaction and achieving organizational objectives: OTD, DQ, LV.

 

Essential Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1.      Review firm orders in JDE by customer for timely shipment.

2.     Review JDE errors and their correction so that firm orders that arrive via EDI are reflected correctly.

3.     Generate file of IMI network customer orders in the original format, for preparation and shipment.

4.     Generate JDE reports per customer by part number and due date.

5.     Support in the follow-up of the shipment of ASNs to customers.

6.     Coordinate with production planning the manufacture of products for shipment on time.

7.      Implement improvements to current processes to make flow more efficient

8.     Provide support to the different areas of the organization in activities that ensure customer satisfaction

 

Job Requirements:

Level of Education and Experience:

1.       Required education:   Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Administration or Industrial

2.       5-7 Years of experience in Customer Service areas in the automotive industry

1.      MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) at one level: Intermediate
