Main Responsibilities

Align engineering and sales efforts with the company’s business development objectives to support market expansion and revenue growth.

Lead the end-to-end design of customized, non-standard pneumatic solutions by translating customer functional requirements into complete engineering deliverables, including concept layouts, general arrangement drawings, pneumatic schematics, detailed part drawings, and full bills of materials (BOM).

Independently evaluate functional mechanisms, select standard components, and perform all necessary engineering calculations.

Create, manage, and maintain mechanical drawings, technical documentation, and design data, ensuring accuracy in dimensions, annotations, and BOMs.

Estimate manufacturing costs based on design BOMs and prepare competitive technical and commercial quotations.

Support prototype assembly, testing, and commissioning both in-house and at customer sites, and facilitate technical acceptance and sign-off with customers.

Partner closely with the sales team to present technical solutions and commercial proposals to existing and prospective clients.

Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships through ongoing technical support and engagement.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related discipline, with a minimum of five years’ experience in non-standard, customized pneumatic system design.

Demonstrated experience delivering at least five successful custom engineering projects for reputable or well-known companies; strong familiarity with mainstream pneumatic components from leading suppliers, as well as standard PLC and VFD selection practices.

Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, with the ability to independently produce structural, assembly, and detailed part drawings; solid understanding of assembly, commissioning, and machining processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently; commercially aware, business-driven, and goal-oriented with a basic sales mindset.

Effective project management and cross-functional coordination skills; team-oriented with strong communication abilities.

Verbal and written proficiency in English is preferred.
