Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new product manufacturing processes; provide design improvement recommendations and change requests to R&D.

• Create and maintain process documentation, including process flow charts, PFMEA, and work instructions (WI).

• Design production layouts, as well as new production equipment and fixtures for new products.

• Lead trial runs for new product production and provide feedback, modification suggestions, and improvement requests to R&D.

• Maintain and update BOMs and cycle times for new products.

• Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.

• Maintain and continuously improve existing production processes to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and safety.

• Establish and optimize assembly standard times and manufacturing costs using Lean principles.

• Review production reports to identify waste and implement waste reduction initiatives using Lean Manufacturing tools such as Kaizen, 5S, and others.
