Manage the Safety Environment system and occupational health and property safety conditions to prevent occupational risks and diseases and environmental impacts, complying with the legal requirements of the organization and the objectives of the Business, as well as generate strategies to strengthen a safety culture with personnel focused on safety first, safety always.
Summary/Objective of the Position:
Standardization of the production area in order to eliminate variations in the ERP system
Essential Student Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for supporting the standardization of the production area
2. Working together with quality, production & maintenance
3. Support process engineer in calculating capacity/utilization of the production area
4. Ensure compliance with the determined standard work.
Job Requirements:
Level of Education and Experience:
1. Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, Mechatronics
2. 6,7,8 semester, with valid medical insurance
3. Required level of English: Medium (Desirable)
4. Knowledge in time and motion studies, industrial engineering tools (Desirable)
5. Knowledge of Autocad (Desirable)
6. Knowledge of basic statistical tools and their interpretation, R&R, Histogram, boxplot, control charts (Desirable)
Skills and Competencies:
1. Leadership
2. Proactive
3. Responsibility
4. Teamwork
Required Software:
1. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) at one level: Basic, Intermediate
2. Autocad (Desirable)
