Role Overview
The HR Trainee in TA will help support operation in a daily basis, recruitment and assessing candidates, and building pipelines. At the same time will develop key skills in a professional setting.

· Recruitment of line workers (Operators)
o Programming calls
o Filtering CVs and applications
o Programming medical exams
o Job posting
o Conducting interviews with operators
o Programming interviews
o Support in onboarding activities
