Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition and Development Advisor to join our Life Science sector. This role is responsible for both attracting and recruiting top talent and nurturing internal growth. This dual role acts as a strategic connector between hiring and development, aligning talent strategies with business goals and fostering a dynamic, future-ready workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Talent Pipelining: Proactively source and recommend strong candidates to the business due to close knowledge of future business priorities and structures. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future openings.
Employer Branding and Talent Attraction: Participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, leveraging our global EVP to enhance IMI’s reputation as an employer of choice to attract high-caliber candidates.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Support our global sites in managing the end-to-end hiring process for professional and management roles.
Candidate Experience: Ensure an engaging experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey.
Talent Development
Talent Management: In partnership with local HR and site leadership, lead structured talent review and workforce planning processes across our global organization to identify and develop internal talent for critical roles.
Career Development: Create development pathways linked to business needs and employee aspirations, leveraging our internal training and job mobility programs.
Talent & Performance: Drive a high-performance culture by developing leadership capabilities and aligning individual performance with targeted development opportunities.
Critical Competencies for Success
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition and HR/Talent experience.
Strong expertise in change management and leadership development.
Excellent coaching and advisory skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders.
Proven experience direct sourcing with demonstrated cost avoidance as well as experience managing broader talent projects.
Prior experience working across and navigating a complex matrix environment as part of a larger multinational preferred.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Pay range: $115,000 – $130,000 annually
Within this range, individual pay is determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications relative to the job requirements. Base pay information is aligned with market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
Bonus eligibility: This position is also eligible for a variable incentive pay component, separate from base salary.
