Role Overview:
Ensure the execution of the legal and fiscal processes and procedures established for the import operation of tangible goods or fixed assets, complying with the requirements for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Critical Competencies for Success

· Prepare and review import invoices in the modalities (virtual and maritime) according to the requirements of the organization for the clearance of goods.
· Prepare and review export invoices in the (virtual) modality for the transfer of raw materials to national suppliers in accordance with the applicable legal requirements for the correct dispatch of goods and always ensure that they are aligned with the requirements of the IMMEX program in force on inventory control.
· Ensure the correct dispatch of special operations (V1, F4, F5 among others) for IMMEX companies based on the current legal framework and their correct treatment within Annex 24
· Ensure the correct and legal clearance of maritime import and virtual export goods based on Annex 22 of the RGCE.
· Review and approve the legal information contained in the import and/or export declarations as well as special operations based on Annex 19 of the RGCE.
· Prepare monthly reports from Sub-maquila, INEGI, Destruction Acts and ensure that they are received by the authority, as well as their correct treatment within Annex 24, providing such information to the Inventory Control Coordinator.
· Integrate and review that the physical and electronic files of virtual import and export comply with the guidelines established in the law and applicable rules to support the legal stay and possession of the merchandise.
· Receive and review the expense accounts of the Customs Agents corresponding to import and/or export operations or special operations (Fees, customs taxes and payments to third parties, among others).
· Provision and approve the applicable expenses of imports and virtual exports ((Fees, customs taxes and payments to third parties, among others).
· To carry out audits of import and/or export files or special operations to ensure complete legal documentation in each operation.
· Execute special foreign trade operations based on the company's needs, always complying with the regulatory legal framework applicable to the IMMEX program
· Contribute to the culture of safety and continuous improvement of the organization.
Contribute to the achievement of the organization's environmental objectives through the correct compliance with internal environmental procedures and policy, as well as the legal and governmental requirements that apply in environmental matters develop the purchasing strategy for.
