Role Overview:

       Ensure timely delivery of the product to customers, obtaining customer satisfaction and achieving organizational objectives: OTD, DQ, LV

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain firm customer orders in JDE, ensuring integrity and timeliness in the information recorded, as well as detect major variations that may be a risk to monthly sales compliance and impact compliance indicators.
  • Review, identify and correct errors in JDE, especially in orders received via electronic transfer with main customers, to ensure correct processing and approximate delivery dates for unplanned orders.
  • Prepare reports of orders by customer, part number and expiration date from JDE, ensuring traceability and visibility of delivery status, including direct sales orders of components.
  • Actively monitor the scheduling of shipments, in coordination with the warehouse. Ensuring the flow of information from shipping in JDE and maintaining customer master data in JDE
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English any changes or disruptions to delivery dates directly to the client, providing timely and proactive feedback on changes.
  • Analyze orders with last-minute changes (drop-in), identify potential impacts on production and/or availability of materials related to them and update the delivery promise dates in JDE
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including order entry automation projects to eliminate manual capture and reduce operational errors.
  • Collaborate closely with internal areas (planning, logistics, quality, S&OP group) to ensure compliance with the commitments made to the customer by monitoring key compliance indicators in customer service and shipments, proposing adjustments when deviations are detected and ensuring

 

Critical Competencies for Success

  • Advance English level
  • Minimum 3 years experience with direct international (USA) customers.
  • Handling customer master data in ERP and familiar with export process and its required documentation
  • Handling Excel at a high level (Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced pivot tables, dashboards, macros, dynamic arrays).
  • Dynamic and with the capacity for abstraction and analysis. Waterfall analysis, forecast accuracy concepts.
