Role Overview

OnProvide comprehensive HR support in key areas such as Talent Acquisition, Labor Relations and Employee Services Administration, ensuring compliance and enhancing employee experience.

Work Environment:

Role is on-site

 

Key Responsibilities

· Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job profile validation, sourcing, assessments, interviews, onboarding, and follow-up during the first three months of employment.

· Labor Relations:
Support a healthy work culture by ensuring compliance with internal regulations, managing investigations and disciplinary actions, advising leaders, and participating in internal promotion programs.

· Employee Services Administration:
Oversee employee services, ensuring functionality, safety, legal compliance, and user satisfaction. Executing pre-payroll activities.

· Participation in Key HR Programs:
Contribute to HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, employee satisfaction), maintain updated employee databases, and participate in onboarding, performance evaluation, and occupational health and safety programs.

· Admin Office activities:

Admin activities to assist Site Leader, indirect purchasing activities, manage daily agenda, expense reports and travel activity.

Critical Competencies for Success

•Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology, or Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 4 years in HR-related roles.

Skills: Teamwork, leadership, conflict resolution, organization, confidentiality, knowledge of labour law, negotiation, proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (preferably Success Factors and MRP as JDE or SAP environment).

Availability: To work during operational shifts, Spanish at conversation level desirable.
